By accessing or using the HeltX platform, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older who are legally competent to enter into agreements under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

HeltX provides a concierge precision-medicine membership platform that connects members with independently licensed UAE physicians, certified laboratory services, and licensed UAE pharmacies. HeltX is not itself a pharmacy, clinic, or licensed healthcare facility and does not practice medicine.

All medical assessments, prescriptions, and clinical decisions are made solely by independently licensed UAE healthcare professionals operating under their own DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licenses. HeltX facilitates access to these professionals but is not a party to the clinical relationship.

To access certain features you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Membership tiers, fees, and included services are described on the Membership page and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (c) transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; (d) interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure; (e) resell or commercially exploit platform content without authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, HeltX and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

HeltX shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, governmental restrictions, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures. Obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts, or where applicable, to arbitration under the rules of the relevant UAE arbitration center.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
