HeltX ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our members and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights with respect to that information.

By using our website or services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. Our practices are designed to comply with applicable UAE data-protection laws, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

Personal identifiers: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, UAE Emirates ID or passport details required for clinical onboarding.

Health & medical data: lab results, medical history, prescriptions, body composition data, and other health information you provide or that is generated through your program.

Payment information: billing address and payment-card details processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and session duration collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.

We use the information we collect to: (a) create and manage your account; (b) facilitate consultations with licensed UAE physicians; (c) coordinate laboratory testing and pharmacy dispensing; (d) process payments; (e) communicate program updates, results, and support; (f) improve our platform and services; and (g) comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your information only as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law:

Healthcare providers: licensed UAE physicians and pharmacies involved in your care receive the information needed to provide clinical services.

Laboratory partners: certified labs receive identifying and test-order information to process your blood draws.

Service providers: trusted vendors who assist with hosting, payments, communications, and analytics under strict confidentiality obligations.

Legal compliance: regulatory authorities, courts, or law-enforcement agencies when required by UAE law or a valid legal order.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable UAE law, which may include health-record retention requirements set by MOHAP, DHA, or DOH. When retention is no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments — to protect your information. No system is entirely secure; in the event of a breach we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by law.

We use essential cookies for platform operation and, with your consent, analytics and performance cookies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

Subject to applicable UAE law, you have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
